Just came across your online newspaper this evening for the first time. Well done, and much needed, I would say. I've been back and forth to Bulgaria since 2006, when I bought a house about 30km from Elhovo.
Very happy to discover elhovonews, because I love writing and would be happy to submit articles/features at any time. I'm actually putting a bit of a journal together about my various trips over the years which I can share
with you later. My plan is to retire to Bulgaria in a couple of years time. Meanwhile, I'm fixing my house up a bit, though needless to say, I'll have a thousand problems and questions when the time comes to move.

Hi, I think ElhovoNews is great; I didn't know about Shirleys bar before, but I will definitely try it next time I'm in Bulgaria. I have owned my house in Ustrem for 5 year's and still don't know a lot about the area. This information is good for me and especially new comers. keep up the good work, great info.
